I recently was able to work directly with Charlene and also with a young lady Autumn. Although I was extremely nervous to utilize internet banking, they were both so knowledgeable and helped me navigate through the system and also answered all of my questions on several different occasions. I’ve been having trouble with my account connecting to my debit card for the past year. I had tried everything calling customer service multiple times and was even sent new debit cards. Nothing worked and no one had answers. Charlene quickly knew a resolution. She was so helpful and sweet. I enjoyed my visit and conversation with her as well. All my lending will always be through avidia, rates always competitive and lower than surrounding banks, always super responsive and helpful. Have had the same loan contact Kelly for 15 years, just did another transaction with Charlene, she was phenomenal. Everyone is always great and super fast.
