Mark should not be a CPA. He is very rude and condescending. When I asked him questions, he threw a temper tantrum. He also way overcharges. He saw our refund was going to be tens of thousands and he decided to change his fee after that. When questioned, he literally exploded on the phone call.

His work is also sloppy. Had to have him correct multiple line items. I would strongly recommend avoiding him.

Mark has an Old School kind of feel about him and is not comfortable with modern banking (for example, he will not/cannot log into an account to retrieve the transactions). Communication is poor/non-existent. I gave access to my accounts so that he could quote me bookkeeping services and also tax prep for my business. After repeatedly reaching out to him, he finally told me that he is going to pass and not take on my work.

Life only gives you so many chances. Mark used his one chance with me. I recommend others not give Mark the chance I did.
