I noted and unfamiliar pending charge on my account. I called to speak with someone to check the validity of the charge. After being on hold for 45 minutes, the person who answered said they cannot help but will take my number and that I can expect a return call within the next 2 business days. Really? Is it common practice to allow your clients to be placed at risk for fraud and have potential for extreme financial harm because your organizations decided to reduce your workforce to such extremely low levels? Absolutely gross. I will be closing my accounts, when I have the 9 hours to spend in the bank with your sole person working. Thanks.

Took 5 attempts to have them put an international alert on my card. Called 6 times over the month leading up to the trip, including an in person visit to a branch. Still started the trip with our card being declined. Horrible service, will be switching banks

No employee could figure out how to print a cashier's check. After an hour and they gave up and blamed their IT department, how embarrassing.

4 days waiting for an answer about stamping a check, and at the end we did not have no answer ended up having to deal with the insurance and they solved the problem in no time.

I’m right in the workers credit Union in Hudson one star because I want to do an auto loan there and they didn’t do very well by me I bought a vehicle offer family member and when they put the loan through they didn’t give me enough money for taxes title and everything else the person I was dealing with was trying to blame my insurance agent and everybody else but himself finally called the corporate office and I got another person on the line that actually knows how to do auto loans my suggestion is if you’re going to do auto loan don’t go into a branch called the corporate office and get somebody in the long department Donely reason I’m going to be staying as a customer is because I believe in giving everybody a second chance and that’s the only reason I’m giving workers credit Union a second chance and I’m not afraid to hide my name is Peter C

Very poor costumer service, I received a check from my insurance agency and had to wait 3 hours to get a stamp and still no answer from them. 😡
