I have been doing a horrible job on my taxes the last few years as they became more complex and paid the price for it. I am not sure why I didn't know about this firm before but I imagine they have a loyal customer base and do not need to advertise. I just recently had my 2021 taxes done. They make it very easy to get the documentation to them with online portal to securely upload and when I showed up I was pleasantly surprised that 95% of the work was complete and the only reason it wasn't 100% was because I had missed a few important documents. Excellent customer service. Jodi was my first point of contact and coordinated everything to ensure that I understood the process and what was required of me and was excellent. Irina was my Tax Preparer and i was thoroughly impressed with Irina's knowledge and she does an excellent job of trying to explain the filing and makes suggestions to make the future years much easier. Excellent experience.

I had to switch accountants this year and Poole Tax Service as recommended to me by a friend. Due to an error by my last accountant and no help from them as of Feb 2022 I had not received my 2020 federal taxes. Robin did my 2021, redid my 2020 and both have posted to my checking account. She had great recommendations as we sat together. Receptionist is helpful and questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend for your tax and accounting needs.
