TA Holland is an A+++ Family run business

We have been with TA Holland for many years, and Kristina and the crew consistently never cease to amaze. Whether it be a simple question about car or homeowners insurance, the best way to handle any auto infractions, or doing the leg work with the RMV on most auto transactions, these guys truly go over and beyond the call of duty!!!!

I have been with TA Holland for many years, but considered changing this year when I bought a house. I explained this to my agent, Kristina McGoff and she absolutely understood my reasoning. I really didn't want to leave, but if I was ever going to make a change, this was as good a time as any to consider it. Unsurprisingly, there are a lot of cheap rates out there. But Kristina took the time to explain the quote fairly and impartially, and this endeared me to her even more. She was open and honest, and this is exactly what I wanted to hear (this was the opposite reaction from the other agent who gave me her quote). Kristina is simply outstanding. Her approach is thorough, and there was always a feeling I could call her whenever I had a question or problem. She is prompt and highly prepared. I never have to go through a series of phone prompts, or wait days for responses. Nor do I have to wonder if I'm properly taken care of with my coverage. Her expertise and reassuring manners really helped during the entire process, and I would recommend her and the agency to anyone looking for insurance.

I have been with TA Holland for over 30 years and recommend them highly. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. I recently had to register my car off a lease and I spent over an hour trying to maneuver through the RMV website and still wasn’t sure I had the right form. My agent at TA Holland not only answered my email with a call immediately, but also completed the form I needed to go to the RMV with detailed instructions on what I had to sign. She even offered to go to the RMV for me. You couldn’t find better customer service!
