I have been a member since this branch has become public. As a member I have seen changes, good bad and indifferent. The one major this , has been the steadfast customer service has stayed top notch. In a crisis where you can't control employe to customer ratio, or individuals expectations, I have seen the staff go above and beyond to do the best they can to deal with unfortunately meltdowns from customers. I give them a great deal of credit. We are all stressed out and dealing with a great many issues, but this branch has always made me feel and have demonstrate I am a priority. I thank each one of the staff members who show up, do their job and do it with grace. I personally know it's not easy ( specially after seen individuals actions) Thank you! For I know, now days those words are not stated enough. Thank you for showing up!

I like this bank but on the busiest day saturday they don't have anyone working. Like 2 people with 8 people ahead of me in line and 5 people in drive thru. Waited 30 min in line. They are only open 4 hours. It sucks. They dont care about your time. I've been a member a long time. Makes me worried for this banks future.

The manager of the this branch Andri Jashari has always been our best resource for every question, guidance and support such as 5 stars isn’t enough to rate. I have been a member of this bank and it's incarnations for over 30 years. I have taken out personal loans with them and have had an excellent history with them.

I recently applied for a personal loan of 2000 dollars. I was denied. I work 2 jobs make a decent living, but they didn't feel my contract/consultant work was valid, despite being with same company for nearly a decade, my boss writing a letter and attaching my 2023 earnings to it.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The loan was to help me get a few small unexpected expenses taken care of. Despite my history of paying loans, despite my over 30 years of doing business with them, apparently when you need help, they don't care. I thought highly of this bank and in the future, I will likely close my accounts and move on. Loyalty means little to nothing to this bank even with a proven history of doing good.

I'd recommend any bank but this one to anyone in the future.

I contract work from “we buy ugly homes”. The owner told me he was selling one of his properties out in western Massachusetts and that the buyer wanted for me to finish the work that we started appx 4 months ago. The next day I received a phone call and believed this was the buyer of the property. After a 45 min talk he asked me for a proposal which I sent via email. I then received a check in the mail. I brought the check to the Auburn branch and the manager and I, BOTH, felt better putting a hold on the check since I didn’t know the guy personally. The check was a fake. After talking to the manager about this for 35min I was assured I was still in good standing. The next day, without any knowledge whatsoever, my account was abolished and police are calling my house. I feel hurt, backstabbed, lied to, set-up, embarrassed, and now without a bank.! They may know your name and smile at you but they don’t care about anything but their $20/hr job. (3yrs ago something like this happened to me but under completely different circumstances, hence why we put a hold on the check and I wasn’t trying to get cash)
