Rizzo insurance cannot be beat. Their prices are by far the cheapest and the staff are very helpful and genuine. Paul even called me himself to answer a few questions I had. When does the owner ever call a customer?! D is awesome as well. She was so patient with me as I called and emailed with questions and concerns. I’m looking forward to having them as my insurance carrier for years to come.

I heard an ad on the radio regarding Rizzo Insurance in Revere MA. In 2021, I became very distraught with my long time insurance provider. I was rear-ended at a red light and the perpetrator was also insured with my insurance company. They kept me waiting several months because they said they were doing an investigation for a rear-end collision. So my response was to take my business elsewhere when my case was completed. I had enough. I went online to get auto insurance quotes. What a nightmare! A barage of phone calls some asking for personal information. I contacted Rizzo Insurance and spoke with Elaine.
It was so reassuring and pleasant. The quote was amazing and I'm very happy to keep doing business in my local community. I received a welcoming letter and during Christmas a beautiful Christmas card. Rizzo Insurance is like family and Dan Rizzo has integrity in his community. I can't keep track of the Elect Dan Rizzo for Mayor signs that keep popping up everywhere I go.

I have had Rizzo Insurance for many years and they have always been available right away to help. Today I called to update something and I spoke with Santa. She was kind, and patient. She called back right away as well the others do which is important.

I have to thank Rizzo insurance again. I needed my windshield replaced. This process became time consuming and frustrating. I always call the people here for guidance and support. They were able to reach the appropriate resource and it went well.
I feel very comfortable with their approach to the numerous calls I made to them for support d/t poor customer service from companies concerning this
Repair.
I was impressed as Santa stayed on the line while I added a call to an agent who had misinformation.
I greatly appreciate the care and patience I received .

So grateful for Michelle and Elaine today they both were very helpful in solving a issue with renters insurance, where I had misplaced the previous year. Right away they both at different times emailed me the paperwork I needed, saving me money.

I want to thank Joanne for her help with my policies and also my daughter’s policy .
I am confident when call the office I am going to get the help I need every time.
I want to point out what is extremely important to me and that is how I am treated by these ladies at Rizzo Insurance. If I haven’t spoken to them in a few months and I called up and I need their feedback I feel like I’m calling a friend that’s the way they respond and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
Also the new call center representative s were wonderful , I had a fun conversation with one woman.

Thanking Christina and Santa for all your help this week for myself and my daughter Rochelle with the company switching over insurances. You both answered all my questions and I was not rushed off the call, sent to another department, nor did I experience having to call back, repeat myself due to lack of active listening skills from the other party. The Rizzo Insurance staff takes their job very seriously. They truly treat every customer with the utmost respect and do whatever is necessary to ensure that their customers are getting the best rates possible. I have never had another insurance company shop for better rates and let me know that the same coverage is less than what my current carrier is offering! Rizzo Insurance has an incredible staff that treats all as if we were one big family. Thank you!

I would not recommend Rizzo Insurance. I had requested to cancel my worker's comp in June 2022, and despite signing all necessary paperwork and confirming the cancellation, they still renewed the policy and charged me an exorbitant amount, including a cancellation fee. Additionally, I reached out to both Rizzo Insurance and AIM for assistance in resolving the issue, but received no help. Proceed with caution and do not trust this company.
