In addition, she organized a "runner" to obtain our Massachusetts car registration and plates (vs. us having to go and do it) which was a true God-send. AJ and Hannah were extremely helpful during the process to obtain a homeowner's insurance policy. Given the difficult insurance environment, the homeowner's policy we selected had the best level of coverage across all the carriers and agents we reached out to during our "shopping process."

AJ was always available for a call to go over our questions, explain the policy in a very detailed and digestible way and was extremely kind. We also were able to save a substantial amount of money through changing our auto insurance over to a new carrier through AJ.

Overall, I can't recommend AJ and his team enough - it was a very positive experience and my husband and I.

We’ve been working with Marchionne Insurance for years and have been very happy. After recently purchasing a condo and being uncomfortable with the condo association insurance coverage to the point of slightly freaking out (first time home buyer!), AJ spoke with me directly, comparing the condo documentation with our personal coverage and talking me off the ledge. Not only did he walk me through the different types of coverage and ease my concerns that we were leaving ourselves exposed financially, he also did not attempt to sell me additional insurance I didn’t need! They’re wonderful to work with and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I had my auto & renters insurance through Marchionne for more than two years. To sum up the overall experience, it’s a disaster and here’s why.

1. I contacted them to reduce the coverage temporarily as I’m going to be out of country and my car will be parked for 3 months. Only comprehensive coverage is needed in this case. They told me they did the best that can be done. But next month my premium is auto-deducted, which about 5$ less than regular premium. I contacted about why the premium did not go down much. They said it should have been lowered more, but they did a poor job. I told them to adjust it and refund. They were like “we did a mistake, but you’ve to pay for it and you’ll not get any return”.
2. I was very responsible driver and was already paying so much higher premium. After a year, I requested if it can be reduced. They’re somewhat rude and told me I should be happy that the premium didn’t go up even there’s a no reason.
3. Finally, I decided to move away for better coverage at half the premium. But the very next month, I got a mail with extra premium (back dated) added to my already closed account. I contacted them to waive it off and I was told that they will get back. I waited for more than a month following-up through emails\calls. Instead of a response, I got a mail from credit collection services. God knows How can they forward it to credit collection, while there is an update pending from them? It’s like they want me pay for the mistake of choosing them, even after I cancelled my policy.

I wish I never had policy with them or cancelled at the earliest.

The response from Marchionne has the facts mixed as per their convenience, without reflecting the true order of events.

Also my review was responded within couple of hours (though my emails were ignored for months). I wish the same enthusiasm and promptness was shown in helping the customers.
