I called Ipswich River Engineering because I was looking into raising the ceiling in my living room so it would be a cathedral ceiling. Donald gave me any idea of what it would probably take to come up with designs so I could bring stamped drawings to the town to pull the permit. Then we scheduled a time for him to come over and take a look at the room. Donald was on time and very friendly. He got right to work and we came up with a plan. Unfortunately my wife and I had to reconsider after we heard what it would take to actually make the flat ceiling a cathedral ceiling. I emailed Donald and he was very nice about it.

The next time I need a engineer's stamp on anything I have to submit to the town I will be calling up IREI again.
