Receptionist sounded and very young. I did not feel comfortable giving her my info . So I asked if she was an agent she said no . I asked for an agent who came to the phone snippity. So I figured they just didn't want my business. Told her to have good day and hung up.
Am I the only one, who asks to deal with the professional not the Receptionist.
