Great experience. I thank Marissa and her staff for taking time to go through all my insurance needs, answer all my questions and literally save me thousands of dollars over my previous agency. It wasn't until I had a total loss due to a fire that I realized how great the Gallant agency is. I would like to personally thank Ray the owner who I have yet to meet for his personal and greatly appreciated generosity. After having difficulty with another agency, I called Gallant Insurance and spoke with Ann on the phone to inquire about a quote for a homeowners policy. Ann was amazingly informative and patient and took the time to explain many things to me that the other agency rushed over. The process felt very personable as I didn't have to fill out a long online form to get a quote like I did at the other agency - she was able to fill it out herself based on our conversation. She was very experienced in the field and I highly recommend Gallant Insurance!

My Rep Rita Cormier was the most unresponsive and awful person I have ever worked with in the insurance industry and frankly most of my personal and business interactions. she seems like a sweet lady on the phone but whatever you do don't get in the way of her 6 hour break which is at any given time of the day. The folks over at the Massachusetts office seem to avoid work at all costs thus it seems as if Rita works only 2 hours a day. between the hours of 10:30 and Noon and a half hour between 3:30 and 4. When you need to get a hold of them they do not respond. I have not seen such abysmal customer service that a mannequin would be more effective than these people.

Save your money and take it to a competent agency one that actually cares or go direct as I would avoid Gallant and Especially Rita Cormier at all costs.
