We got Amit’s contact from a reference. He seemed great at first but things have been downhill since. After evaluating our returns he promised a big tax credit, but nothing of that sought came through. When he billed, it was more than $6k! We were shocked. That is not even the worst part. He doesn’t answer calls, doesn’t reply to texts or email, doesn’t meet timelines. It’s so stressful dealing with him. Yes, I’m writing this review out of frustration, but that’s because he hasn’t resolved our tax issue since 6 months. This is about a notice from the IRS based on the returns he filed.

After working for so many years, I finally decided to open my own small business (Charlotte’s Web Child Care Center) in 2016. Business has done well but like all first year entrepreneurs it came with its own sets of challenges. Being a teacher I understand children but businesses finances are new to me.

We recently sold our rental property which had appreciated significantly in value over the past 20 years. What we did not take into account was how much our tax liability would be and how this sale would impact our retirement income.
