Refused a veteran access to his funds where he is now on the verge of being homeless. Accused his children of fraud for helping him pay his rent. Put us through hell for over an hour just to agree to it later after so much stress. My poor dad has enough problems than to be treated like this.All because one of the clerks was having a bad day. She even argued with us and was snark and passive aggressive. My dad almost lost everything because of one girl. Never go to this bank. Had the supervisor call me and treated me awful. Awful awful place

I have been with the credit Union since it was opened by branch manager, Marianne Decosta back in 2010 who ran a very customer service friendly branch who always put the customer first and worked with everyone. The last 2 years there with this new manager has been a nightmare. Customer service has been thrown out the window. The bank managers personality is not what you would expect at a bank or credit Union. They lack any type of personality unless of course your from Mattapoisett or Marion. I’ve seen it first hand on several occasions being treated differently while conducting my banking. Well 11 years later and I had enough of this treatment the last 2 years. I pulled everything out and went somewhere else where they friendly customer service
