My mother has had insurance with them for over 10 yr and someone hit or scraped her car its taken 4 weeks because they needed to speak to my mom that's 89 and set up a call I was there 1:30 @ they called 1:49 I also have one other claim Nationwide is NOT on your side if they have to pay out for something look elsewhere!
I would have given a zero ! Mayne by this post it will cost them some of what time of mine they have wasted and all.my calls ! Probably about to let an attorney help with the other claim and pic below is what I've dealt with for over a month now ! Scrapes not even caused by anyone driving this car..

This is a really good office. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I might be able to get my insurance cheaper, but I feel like I get value for what I pay. I wasn't sold insurance...I was covered.
