After 4 years of struggling with another insurance company (rhymes with Heico), not being informed of price hike, charging deductible for act of God incident, etc, I decided to give Marcus Weeks’ State Farm a call. While they couldn’t do better in the price unfortunately , the included benefits outweighed the other company. More importantly, the customer service I received, attention to detail, the fact that he truly made sure what I was getting was only what I needed and wanted-for that reason alone, I switched. Tres was amazing. So polite, knowledgeable and down to earth-no robotic responses. I hope the service continues throughout my time with them! I will try to update for anyone relying on reviews like I do!!
