We have been with Allstate for as long as I can remember. My parents have been with Allstate for 50 yrs. My daughter has been with Allstate for at least 10 yrs. We all could have given Allstate a 5 Star before the the Hurricane hit. Unfortunately that has changed. We now see the true colors. We're NOT in GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.

I ordered my policy online and when I was in a no fault accident I had lots of questions. I called and spoke with Miss Jackie and even though they weren't my agency she took the time to explain everything to me. I ended up filing a claim with Allstate and the claim process was so fast that I was able to get a new car less than a week after opening the claim! I called Miss Jackie back and added my new car and asked how to make them my agency of choice. Her knowledge and kindness during an incredibly stressful situation was so appreciated. I'm an Allstate member for life ❤️

So I was looking at the calendar on my wall when I saw that I had an Allstate payment due ONE day before my paycheck so I called my local agent to ask if one day would put me in the dog house. They say it would be okay so I paid within twenty four hours of the due date. Which was sweet music to my ears & wallet.

Had insurance with them as long as I can remember at least 30 or more years. Each year goes up, up, up up, talk to agent why he would make all excuses. No accidents, no tickets, no new cars. And also had house with them no claims, the last one came even talked to agent about it and same thing again was on my policy. Be glad to swear to a bible to it, they rip you off. Talked to another company and got more protection two hundred less will stand by that. Allstate agent I hope you sleep well.
