We experienced some damage from Helene that needed repair. South Point gave us a very detailed quote that specified everything they were going to do and a reasonable price. The crew that came out (on time by the way) was very nice, did a good job, went over with us all that they repaired. No problems with the people or service provided. Hopefully no more storm damage in the future, but if so would certainly utilize their services.

Authenticity, honesty, patience. These are the things I value in conjunction with good workmanship. When I got a quote from a different company for my gutters, I was floored. So I set out for a second opinion. Enter South Point. We'll start with Jason, my sales guy. We had a very honest conversation out the gate. I told him I would probably just be using them to get a second opinion as leverage, and he told me he'd give me their lowest price out the gate. There was a strong mutual respect. Jason came out, drew up the quote, and blew the other company out of the water. Mind you, I never told Jason the other company's quote. The other company's "save the deal quote" still wasn't as good as South Point. Jason & South Point earned my respect and the business. Next, Ricky, the project manager. Ricky was pleasant to speak with and actually got my project moved up a week. Thanks Ricky! Then, the rest of the team who came out the day of, Caleb & Tyrese. They were methodical, professional, and patient. Patience is key, because when I spend money on my house, I want to make sure the work aligns with my vision. They never got frustrated with me coming out periodically to take a peep at their progress and ask questions. When they were done, we did a walk down, and I had a request to adjust several of the boots off the downspouts. They did so without hesitation and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Needless to say, my wife and I love our new gutters and I know who I'll be using in the future for all my gutter needs. Thank you to Jason, Ricky, Caleb, Tyrese, and the reception team at South Point for a great experience in a day and age where everything seems to turn into a headache.

I've had the fortune of working with South Point a few times in a professional capacity where they have done work for my customers and I've never heard a complaint. When it came time to replace the roof on my mother's home I knew that there was no one I would trust more to take on this project.

Tucker was incredibly patient with her as she had a lot of questions on each option available to us. Customer service was absolutely perfect.

The gentleman who did the labor were polite and friendly and left and my mother's yard in as good of condition as they found it. This is a Herculean feat having to work over multiple flower beds where some of the plants almost reach the roof. They completed the roof without damaging any of her precious plants that she's dedicated hours to.

One might think that taking the time to protect those things might slow the project but because they are true tradesman the entirety of the roof was done in a single day and additional cosmetic work on the following morning.

It frequently comes down to cost with large projects. I will say the value of the expertise, kindness, and professionalism of this staff I feel like I got a steal. South Point delivers that red carpet service for a fair price. They offer a variety of payment methods including financing.
