My agent presented an offer to Melanie Stephan for a listing she had just posted. Two days later Melanie sent a text message to my agent with a counter offer. Not even professional enough to submit the offer correctly.

I decide to accept their offer and now she ((Melanie)), wont return phone calls, texts, or any form of correspondence. Thinking maybe there was an emergency, I called her directly and she answered right away.

She is the most unethical person in the local industry. Stay away from her.

Upon the first phone call to a real estate agent, you should never feel belittled. I called to ask about a property that I just passed the sign and I was left at because I didn’t know what the property was. I don’t think she’ll have to worry about me calling her for any more. Thanks, Sally.

First phone call said it all Melanie Stephan, I have been in the real estate market for over 15 years and never had that bad of experience. I would not recommend this agent ever, unless you like being made to walked over , being rude to , and out right nasty to don't do it. I was in the maket to do a purchase for my in-laws, not even for bus. Just for personal and the experience I will never forget. If you are looking for a great experience, with a great personality DONT use this agent.. ...JUST NASTY.

She was nice enough. We would have liked known price had dropped 10 grand almost and we were pretty well thrown out. I wish people that got it goodwill. I just cant help but shake my head.
