Gary Smith was recommended by another law firm when we were going for a rather tricky custody case. Mr. Smith explained all possible outcomes and he and his team went to work on our case. Mr. Smith is very personable and makes you feel at home. He and his team did a wonderful job preparing us for court and did outstanding in the court room. He honestly cared about our situation and case. They went above and beyond. He is like family to us now and I recommend him to anyone looking for representation.

Mr. Smith and his team worked on a divorce and child custody case for my family. When going through something like that tensions are high and emotions are strong. Mr. Smith and his team are professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend. Special thanks to Barbara Grimes.

A very professional law firm. I signed enough papers to give me tennis elbow, but the seats were comfortable, the staff delightful, and the parking very accessible. I was, however, not offered a bloody Mary.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but am astounded that a law professional would go see a client that lives in an assisted living facility, see that my Mother can’t walk, talk and make rationale decisions and yet would set up a surgical doctor appointment for her that is 6 hours driving time (for 1 of what would be many follow up spots) and NOT contact a family member to see if her medical/ legal documents that were dated years ago (that this firm had even though I left messages and dropped updated paperwork off over a year ago) had changed. The doctor office even explained that she didn’t live there anymore and they had received updated POA documents from her daughter but he still set up the appointment for someone that can not safely get there and be taken care of to make decisions. As of today, still no contact with family. Well he can become her medical POA and drive her to all appointments since he obviously knows better and doesn’t need to do due diligence on her behalf.
