Jennifer did the best you could for me regarding my case. Had my child support payment down to 250 a month. But the judge asked my kids mother if " she was okay with that." Of course my kids mom would say no. So the judge decided that I would pay $350 a month plus 5% court cost. But Jennifer did her job well. I would recommend her.

- She issued only one meager report which contained factual errors on important issues
- She confused the parties, accusing one party of what the other was doing
- She did not attempt to contact the key witness
- She did not follow through on verbal or written commitments
- She was no-call/no-show to multiple meetings
- She seemed to change her opinions depending on who was present

If you have a contested custody situation, stay away from Jennifer Mook.
