I have been a customer of the Graham Nationwide Insurance Agency since 1985, starting with the late Joe Graham. Mark has expanded the business and he, too, is very professional, as well as his staff; Sherry and Elizabeth. They are all friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this agency to all who need any type of insurance: personal, car, home, and business. They do it all!! You will be taken care of at this agency.

Sherry Jennings is amazing helped find my family the perfect quote, sh was fast, friendly, and very professional!! She listened to all my requests for different things quotes from specific company’s! Walked us threw the entire process of e-signing and paying over the phone so I did not have to go into the office! And walked us threw even fixing our mistake a week later!! For the past 25 years Associate Agent Kim Morin has assisted me through every life event! She has guided me on everything from auto insurance as a brand new driver, to renters insurance in my first apartment, to a homeowners policy as I bought my first home, to adding valuables as I got engaged, and most recently adding my husband to the various policies as I got married. She is not only responsive, knowledgeable, and professional but kind and thoughtful in offering guidance and answering questions. When a tree landed on my roof during the microburst Kim was my first call! She skillfully guided me through the correct channels and even emailed to follow up that I had been helped. Kim makes you feel comfortable asking any question - even multiple times to clarify - and is quick and knowledgeable in her responses. We have met in person very few times but Kim feels like she's party of my family! I truly appreciate knowing I can go to her with any question about our insurances and get an honest and correct answer. Kim is THE BEST!
