We all dislike putting in claims to our homeowners insurance because your premiums increase but when the unexpected happens you have to. In regards to having to put in a claim for water damage, Narragansett bay insurance was beyond responsive. Their employee Anderson was on top of drying out my home and was consistently in touch with weekly checks of moisture readings. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always provided me with the information for the next step. I thank you for such great care.

We recently had a water pipe burst in our home. The amount of water in a short amount of time (before we shut down the main to the house) was incredible. We have Narragansett Bay Insurance Co and I have to say they responded very quickly to our emergency. They sent a remediation team Edgar Amaya and his co worker Anderson to our home. They went to work immediately taking down part of the ceiling (we found where the leak was once they did that) and using fans and a dehumidifier running 24/7 for 3 days we were able to dry up the area. They were professional, polite, clean and responsive. Edgar promised to come back in 2 days to check on the progress, as promised he arrived when he said he would and thankfully we were able to remove all the equipment and continue with the clean up and repairs. Thanks to Edgar and his team, they truly were lifesavers.

I had no idea what to do- water everywhere and felt completely lost. I called Naragansett and they walked me through the process, making me feel like I was being cared for. Things moved quickly and every person who came to my house was so nice and really felt like I could trust them. The water damage guys worked fast and cleaned up after themselves all along the way. A bunch of hard workers who definitely care about their job. I never felt overwhelmed. Hoping to wrap it all up soon, but so smooth so far!

Narragansett Bay is the best. Joined them in 2015, the year of the hail storm here on Long Island, NY. That same we had extensive damage to the roofs, gutters, and siding of both our house. They came assessed the damage, and shortly thereafter were reimbursed for all the damages. They made the process painless.
A few years later, a water pipe burst in one of our houses, again causing extensive damage. Narraganset Bay one again came to the rescue, covered all the repairs quickly and efficiently.
And finally, a shout out to Geico, the agent company that represents Narraganset Bay. Our 2025 insurance costs were significantly increased from the prior year. The Geice agent offered several suggestions to help reduce the cost of our coverage. After a few very small adjustments were made to some of the coverages, and deductibles, the premiums on both houses were significantly reduced for us. Thank you Geico.

Mladen was fantastic! He arrived in a very timely manner and had us cleaned up in a very efficient and professional manner. After increasing my Homeowners insurance by $1400 this year I found a different policy for half the amount and then I asked them for a refund and they are making me wait over 14 days. I have been calling them waiting for the refund check they are horrible.
