Waiting for a tow from Wachusett, MA today. Now. 2 hrs 45 minutes later, no truck. And no truck on the way.
Dispatch keeps calling saying "Sit tight". What does that even mean?
If this is how AAA takes care of people, I don't need AAA. I ended up paying $900 for a tow.

This is exactly when I need AAA - away from home, car not driveable, need to get a tow and get home. AAA helped with none of that.
And I have a Gold Membership.

AAA told me "Someone" would be reaching out to me. Never happened.

I was in for a license renewal this morning. The representative was the friendliest and most social person I have ever dealt with getting any DMV services. Great Job Zinat, keep up that great attitude! 👍🏼

Booked a 9 am appointment for insurance. You check in at 9 and wait. 25 minutes later (seems like a reasonable polite time to wait) I left. If they don't value my time, why would they value my business.

On 7/1/2024, I had phoned aaa in which a tow truck was dispatched to my location. No problem, my driver technician, was cordial, had a friendly personality & yes knowledgeable. My car was taken for a drop-off to my service station but I wasn't given a receipt.This was kinda a problem for reimbursement, then I thought not much $ so I'll let it go, until I didn't. I tried texting the driver na, then phoned the business that lead to call later, then 2nd call tried to hookup to office, no disconnected. The 3rd time I was told to text them and it would be sent, well, again no and 2 more tries, The End.
So, now here is my written complaint on this companies professionalism. Company's name "Jess Auto & Towing," Foster RI #401 539=9398.[my thought, under the circumstances:] I'd like to see that this company gets penalized from aaa for at least a month, considering they represent aaa out in the field for customer service. Thank you, A aaa member for 30+ years.

Went to the Warwick location, renewed my license had no problem, set up the appointment for 10.20 maybe 3 other people but i am sure they had other business also took the info sat waited 5 minutes to be called took the picture signed and away I went out in 15 minutes well worth it customer service was very pleasant

Great place to do all your DMV services! Or to apply for insurance or a car loan!Staff was very timely and accommodating!

Also, a special shout out to Savannah who had very good interpersonal, social skills!... and was very sweet and friendly!...

Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Providence Branch! 😂

This AAA is just as bad as the DMV, except I have to pay for this lousy service. I make a 12:40 appointment only to be greeted by a 30 minute line. By the time I got through the line I was 20 minutes past my appointment time (why did I even make an appointment?) and the woman who ran the DMV services went on lunch break. So now I’m left sitting here until she comes back, wasting even more time. If you need anything DMV related done at AAA, DO NOT go to the Warwick one.

I came in because I wanted to get my REAL ID and needed to wait till February 22 or so, so I can get my license renewed and get my real ID.

2 ladies helped me out and they were very nice and patient with me. I hope they see this, because they really deserve a good review.
