Working with Lori was incredibly easy. Being a first time homeowner, she took the time to explain to me the minute details of my home and auto policies. Having shared a previous working relationship years ago, she was the first person I thought of and trusted with my first home insurance policy, and I truly could not recommend her enough. She is kind, thoughtful and a plethora of knowledge. I know that if I ever have any questions, she's just a phone-call away and just as happy and enthusiastic to help in any way she can. We worked with Lori at John J. Clarke insurance. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the insurance in the right price range so we could close on our house. She worked closely with my family and me for a week trying everything she could to make the numbers work. The entire agency did everything in their power to pull off an insurance miracle. Not only that, but Lori is one of the nicest people I had a pleasure of talking with and did more for us than I could have imagined. I wish there were more than 5 stars because John J. Clarke insurance deserves it. Thank you for your wonderful service and I will be recommending everyone here.

I have been using them for years for car and home insurance. They work very hard to find the best deals, and they are honest about what they can do. I just has a last minute call at 4:45 on a Friday to start insurance on Saturday. Bree has always been great to work with !

I have to say, since we first started working with this company two years ago, it hasn't been quite right. Recently, we received paperwork for another client. When we reached out, they wanted me to drive the paperwork down to Warwick or mail it back to them as it was for a "VIP client". Not only did that feel completely insulting, but is it really necessary to relay anything about the client at all to another one of your clients I shredded the information after relaying it to them, and asked that they find a way to get a new copy. They also relayed that they reached out to the affected parties. This was the final straw for us, and we thankfully found a better insurance company to switch to, however, that wasn't the end of the headache/nightmare. The cancellation was sent to J. J. Clarke (Warwick office) for all policies in April of this year. I received confirmation of those cancellations being sent out. All of my other insurance policies have been put in place and have been just fine, until now (June) and I am receiving bills for all of my policies with J. J. Clarke. My new homeowners was also cancelled due to this mess. It has since been reinstated by my new insurance agent, but what a nightmare! When called, J. J. Clarke noted that the person who worked with us had quit and all of their paperwork was still on their desk; no one had looked at it. First of all, our new insurance agent sent the cancellation to the Warwick office, not the Seekonk office (where our previous agent worked). Secondly, that is completely unacceptable REGARDLESS. If someone leaves your company, you cannot simply leave their client's in the dust. I truly hope that no one else had this same experience if they were a client of the person who supposedly left. Either way, I really would not recommend this company.
