We moved to Rhode Island from New York. We got in touch with Kevin from All-State insurance and he made acquiring good insurance a breeze. We even added auto and apartment insurance, very reasonable, very professional with good insurance. I highly recommend Kevin for all your insurance needs.

Over the last few years I had both car and renters insurance with this company. When I have called the offices, I never get to speak to the same person, I was given different rates for my car policy and told that the multi-car discount was for 3 cars not 2. More recently I am purchasing a home and have left several messages with the sales team to add homeowners and they can't be bothered to call back. So I am in the hunt for a new agent.

One star is being generous. After a clerical error with my payment I was unknowingly driving with no insurance for a month. When it was corrected they wanted payment for the month I wasn't covered. After being a loyay customer to Kevin cloutier for over 8 years they didn't blink an eye when I cancelled all policies and went to another carrier. Shame on you Cloutier agency!!!

I switched to this agency in mid 2020. The professionalism, their attention to detail, knowledge and pricing make for an ideal combination. Its a local agency that can, in my opinion, do more than an 800 number auto-answer can. Job well done!

Horrible agent. Even worse insurance company! Never answer anything I ask them. Wasn’t warned that my policy was set to auto renew, wanted to switch to any other company. Was told I’d get a specific dollar amount back for drive wise then the check I received was $30 less than what I was owed!? No one can tell me why or where my money is. Paid in full and now they’re trying to charge me a difference because “no longer eligible for auto-pay” no kidding I paid the entire thing! It’s supposed to be less than paying month to month but they claim I owe them money!? Lol no. Never use this agent!!

By far, the worst customer service ever. 20+ minutes on the phone being disconnected, then being told that this was something my agent could help me with. So I had to hang up and call my agent's phone, and wait 7 minutes on hold until a woman answered on behalf of my agent, only to tell me that I needed to go back to claims. So then when I told her that claims told me to call my agent she said well your agent's office is closed today on Saturday. So we can't help you. You'll have to call Monday. On Monday I'm calling them and getting all of my paperwork for our home and six plus vehicles and movingonn. This is not the first time we have had to deal with this awful customer service.
