Our condo board has been using RIPAC from the very beginning. Our current property manager Jill Moran stepped in and has been fabulous over the past 2 years in her duties. She is easy to work with, all I need to do is drop and email and she replies the same day. She is on top of the property management game and makes my work as a board president that much easier. Our board members just can't say enough good things about her and her work ethic so as you can imagine we are very satisfied ! Thank you Jill!

Jill Moran from RIPAC has been our property manager since I moved here two years ago. I am also a board member. Jill is quite knowledgeable in this field. She is responsive and professional, and always keeps us informed of her schedule if she's going to be unavailable. She is very accommodating and easy to work with on any property issues that arise.

I have been on the Board for nearly 9 years during which time we've changed contractors, vendors, and 3 property managers. Our Board is always looking for great quality at a reasonable charge, so we've had to re-evaluate service providers based on their performance and corresponding price tag throughout the years, some we've stayed with, some we had to replace.
All this time and even longer - for the total of 15 years, we've had RIPAC as our property managing company. Even though at times, there was certain dissatisfaction with the work of some representatives of the company, RIPAC always tried to work with us and to address our concerns. It's like in any relationship - there can be ups and downs in it, but in the end, if the relationship is worth it - you keep it going. Our current manager from RIPAC - Jill Moran - has brought our relationship with RIPAC to its peak of accord and productivity.
Jill is always very responsive in her communication style, very on point as far as managing multiple ongoing projects at the same time. Like an experienced juggler she doesn't drop any of those balls. She's persevering in her quests to get to the bottom of things and to resolve issues on behest of the Board as well as condo owners. She is truly an exemplary property manager!
RIPAC's Accounting team - Cyndy Cooper and Nancy Toupin - are also a credit to the company as well as the owner himself, John, is. They all contributed their time and expertise to resolving our association's naturally arising from condo living issues.
In summary, if your condo association is looking for professional support - I would recommend giving a try to RIPAC.

Our association recently terminated a contract with our long term management company and signed with RIPAC as our new management company. This was a very complicated process. RIPAC dealt with the problems in a very professional manner. They concentrated on the tasks that had to be done and set our association up with a great team to work with. We received all responses to questions and concerns within 24 hours. They have a extensive list of resources they made available to us which simplified the process of finding the correct vendor/ project manager. Our association is looking forward to a long and pleasant association with RIPAC.

Ripac doesn’t deserve any stars, this company
Does not like to hear or resolve complaints.
If and when they respond it will not be In a timely manner ,repairs are shoddy, RIPAC has been caught numerous times in towns not having the proper permits and not contacting dig safe.Their people on management teams
Sway associations on taking on big loans for repairs to the complex were not necessary.
I was informed by former RIPAC employees that the 5 star reviews made by Shills, friends and relatives. I was also told by former employees of RIPAC that the company is up for sale.With that said, it explains for the 5 star reviews.large property’s have canceled RIPAC due to their
Unprofessionalism. Just read some of the negative reviews and it all comes in place that they have the same problems with this company.John Morgan doesn’t have the Best reputation as a former Warwick police officer. I advise readers of this review to check online court records of his reputation.

Our condo association has been using RIPAC for property management for approximately 14 years, and we have been serviced by three different managers. In my experience as Board President for almost 7 years, Nancy Falcone has been with us through thick and thin. She is johnny on the spot for all our needs and questions, supplying us with vendors to interview (and she is always right there with us) and ideas on how to move forward with projects as she sees them through the eyes of experience. John Morgan is always very helpful when we need guidance in situations which are foreign to us as unit owners; and although we hire out most of our handyman work for the grounds and building exteriors, RIPAC's maintenance crew has always been there for us when we needed them. The ladies with whom we deal in the accounting department are top notch and well worth every penny we pay to have them on board. One can guess we are quite pleased with the relationship, and I would say John is also as he offers our name to prospective customers for a recommendation!
