This review was a long time coming! I will always praise the customer service i received over the past 5 yrs for my auto loan! During difficult times, Linda was phenomenal! She was kind, understanding, patient and willing to help! I will say they all went above and beyond when others would not have cared about me and my situation! I now own my jeep and I thank everyone at Greenwood for helping me along the way when it was needed! I appreciate all of you and especially to Linda!! Best bank I've ever dealt with!!!
I have a loan with them and ran into a big issue with my credit. With a lot of help from Greenwood Credit Union I was able to keep my business running. Finally found a bank that cares about there customers!
