I enjoyed working with lighthouse financial services. All the people I interacted with their we're very nice and knowledgeable. While working with them, I did have some issues. However, when I mentioned these issues to them, they listened to me and took my concerns seriously. They told me how it is something that they are working on and that it should be better in the future. instead of judging a business on how they do when things go well, I like to judge a business on how they do when things don't go well. I think lighthouse financial services handled the situation well, and I would definitely consider going back to them in the future.

Their prices are super reasonable. I was hesitant to have a professional do my taxes because I thought it'd cost much more then doing it myself online. However, it was actually cheaper for my husband and I to use Lighthouse Financial services than it was for us to do the taxes ourselves online last year. Plus, it was so much less stressful having a professional do my taxes rather than having to take the time to do them myself. Debbie from Lighthouse Financial services was super nice and easy to work with. I could not recommend Lighthouse Financial services more!
