Experiences I have had in this branch, the loan officer he is rude, never have I been treated so badly and talked to so badly. Needs to learn customer service and keep that mouth shut if he can't say anything nice. Secondly this bank will set a loan, and it suppose to be locked in on interest. They will jack the interest. Had went to make a loan payment, was told 2 months payments due. Didn't think was right, but assuming I had mad a mistake myself, went paid both payments. Came next month to make payment and was told I had already made the payment. So first off why tell me I was a month behind, when I wasn't. This bank, all the branches have no clue what is going on. And this being the main branch, and how they allow their employees to talk to people, shows that COMMERICAL BANK is a garbage bank. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

The bank is just okay, but some of the staff are very rude and condescending when they talk to you. This is uncalled for. Check around before you choose a small bank to deal with. Other than that, most of the tellers are very nice.

There are always issues logging into their website, which makes me wonder how safe our data really is. Also, if you go in to a branch and ask for a cashier's check they'll call it a money order, which is pretty confusing since those come from the post office. The people there are nice but if you're looking for a bank where it's easy to do things online, this isn't the one you want.

RUDE
Went in with shorts and tshirt to open account. I had been working in yard. Wanted to bank local and commercial bank is the only bank in town. Was going to transfer over 100k and have at least 10k deposited each month. NOT NOW. First question was are you lost. Time for them to fail. You never get any of my business.
