Unfortunately, I’ve had a very different experience than most.
I’ve struggled with back pain for the last 20 years. Recently it has gotten worse. So I googled who was the best practice to see for back pain, of course Sisson showed up at the top, so I read the reviews and said to myself this is the place I need to be. Scheduled an appointment, seen what I believe to be a physical therapist. He looked at my back and said I needed to make a follow up appointment to have the problem corrected. I made an appointment with the front desk. Two days later they called and wanted $240. cash! The lady said if my insurance paid, they would pay me back. (WTH) I’ve been in and out of physical therapy for the last 20 years and have never paid over $40 a visit. I’m thinking they mainly focus on Medicare patients as she mentioned it serval times during our conversation. Hopefully others have had a better experience than me.

I was originally referred for vertigo/dizziness/spinning. After meeting with Dr. Sisson the first time and a brief testing, he showed me simple exercises that I could do on my own at home, I am feeling so much better and in control because of this advice. The dizziness is gone, but if it returns, I can handle it with the skills I have learned.
I am also continuing with Physical Therapy for hip/arm/leg strengthening with Charlene/Charlie. She is wonderful, kind and patient, but very firm in her therapy sessions. I am noticing a big difference overall.
The office staff is casual and friendly, but very professional. Bernadette, Kylie and Jake are helpful with any questions or concerns. I met Anthony, the newest staff member, and he is very nice as well. The atmosphere in this office is welcoming and a pleasure to visit and attend sessions.

I have been very pleased with the therapy that I have received at Sisson Associates. At first Dr. Sisson conducted an evaluation of my situation and outlined the treatments needed to give me help. The personnel there were very proficient in providing the required treatments to me. At the conclusion of my prescribed treatments Dr. Sisson conducted an exit evaluation to be sure the treatments had accomplished their goal. I will highly recommend Sisson Associates for anyone seeking physical therapy,

This office is great. My nephew went for physical therapy. He was evaluated by a real doctor first and is evaluated again at the end of the physical therapy. The staff is very professional and friendly. They get you in and out on time, and they work hard to get you better mobility during your therapy. Well worth the time and energy.

I went for foot pain after surgery and also had hip and back issues. The back and hip are healed and the foot is still a work in progress but no longer painful. I was discharged with exercises to do at home. I feel I have gotten my life back since my back/hip was limiting my daily activities. I highly recommend Sisson Physical Therapy to get your life back.

Dr. Sisson and the entire staff at Sisson & Associates Physical Therapy and Wellness are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Sisson, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He and his staff are awesome. I would highly recommend them to family and friends anytime!

Dr. A Sisson is an excellent physical therapist. I had a complete shoulder replacement 3 months ago. I started therapy 6 days after surgery. I found Dr. Sisson to be very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. He listens to your complaints and reassures you that you will see improvement with time and patience I am now finished with my therapy and my surgeon is very pleased with my results. I am able to do 90% of my choirs and activities pain free. I highly recommend D. Sisson!

Thank you for a successful experience ! The office atmosphere is inviting and pleasant! All if the staff are very professional and encouraging. My treatment was a success !
