I must have done something to make them angry. I get ZERO responses to my emails and/or phone calls. I had Erie insurance. Erie ONLY sells through brokers, so I have to use The Yorke Agency.

We had discussed (on my request, which is weird for an insurance broker to not stay on top of) whole life insurance. Part way through our email discussion, I'm at the end. Ready to sign up. I ask about a medical exam, and I get ghosted.

Next, Erie drops me. Girlfriend borrows my car, hits somebody. It took a lot of emails to get The Yorke's to follow up with me to see if any other insurance they broker for would cover me. Literally 2 days before my period ends, after 4 to 5 weeks, they finally email me back a quote from 2 companies.

Needless to say, poor follow up and lack of response to phone calls led to my car insurance and my life insurance going to an agency that values customer service and gets back to their clients in less than WEEKs.
