I was searching for cheaper insurance for two vehicles. My current insurance company wanted to charge me an outrageous monthly amount. I’m 57 and have a clean driving record. My brother told me to call Mr. Nelson’s company. I spoke with Lanai. She was the most knowledgeable and pleasant person I have dealt with in a customer service capacity in a long time. Lanai was very patient and answered every question I had with confidence. That is something that I look for when doing business with any company. I’m thankful to have been directed to this establishment.

I have been with Buster Nelson since I was a teenager. He and his employees go above and beyond. I have dealt with Skyler the most over the last couple of years and she has been amazing to deal with to say the least!!! They have have always made sure that my coverage was exactly to my needs and expectations, explaining the differences to me so I can make an informed decision. Their app is very easy to use , especially when I got a flat tire!! I was able.
To notify state farm instantly and a tow truck was sent to my rescue. It was like pushing the easy button! Five gold stars is the most googke will let me give but if I could I would give them 100!!!!

Laniya was fantastic to work with and really took the time to talk through all of my coverage options. I was previously covered for a lesser amount than I should have been and she didn't try to upsell me, as much as she just explained the options. I ended up bundling home and auto when I wasn't even looking for auto based on the quality of customer service I received!
