maybe she is a better agent than what our experience.... However Tamika based on my experience and the feedback of the body shop having to communicate with her.....I would say Tamika need a refresher course on PR and Communication... great day.. Take a Breath and Give people the change to respond without you trunk to Dominate the Conversation...I hope this is a one off.. but even 1 time is 1 time too many...Esp when you represent a Business that you do Not Own... at the end of the day she did Not treat the people at the body shop professionally or with respect... I know this because zi was there to witness phone call on speaker... get some help Tamika b4 your attitude effects others.

Setting the glass insurance issue straight and communicating with me throughout. I've been with State Farm for 30ish years.
