Nicole at State farm exemplifies customer service. She was patient and listened to my concerns and questions regarding various auto coverage options. She also provided insights to various coverages that I knew nothing about but perhaps needed one day.
I left the conversation feeling very satisfied with no additional things left unanswered. Humans are still the best customer service professionals…when you get a good one!!!

Always great service from them. What I love is the personal touch. No automated phone system but being able to speak directly with a real person. Nicole especially is great and always remembers me when I call, which thankfully is not that often lol!
