I’ve been with Arielle at Allstate for 6 years and love the personalization she provides her clients. Well, my house and car are through Allstate. I drive a Subaru Forester. The monthly insurance is 105 dollars a month. I have no tickets or claims on my record. It would be one thing if I had a performance car to pay over 1200 a year for insurance. However, I drive the most boring, underpowered car on the road. I also drive myself. The odds of a passenger being involved in an accident are literally zero. There is literally no reason I’m paying this much a month for nothing in return, other than, “**** you that’s why!” If it wasn’t such a hassle to change homeowners insurance, I would drop this place like a bad habit.

Allstate was very professional in how they handled my claim. After the initial estimate, a problem with the engine was discovered that was not on the estimate. The garage that they took it to showed Allstate the problem, but Allstate denied the extra claim because they said the problem could've been there before the accident. The garage manager took a video of the problem and had a video meeting with the Allstate adjustor. Ultimately, Allstate agreed that it was caused by the accident and covered the extra charge which came to more than $4,000. I would like to thank the garage manager for fighting for us and Allstate for making the right decision.

I would rate this Allstate Agency as "Outstanding." I have been with this agency some 20-25 years. It management is outstanding, exceedingly efficient and always ready to handle the insurance concerns of its clients in an outstanding professional manner.

The staff is well versed in handling not only every day routine issues of the office, but is well trained in the handling of the myriad of issues that are not routine; but if they do not know immediately what may be required to solve outstanding issues, each individual in the office has the knowledge where to go and contact Allstate professionals at the district, regional and even corporate level.

I am impressed by the professionalism of the agency owner, the office manager and agency staff, with specific note as to Ashley Betts and Charlotte Horne, who are so well educated as to state insurance laws and following corporate policies and management procedures.

Within the past year Ms. Arielle Clark-Taylor recently purchased this agency and the transition from the change in management from the prior owner to that of Ms.Taylor has been flawless. She is well respected by both Ms. Young-el and Ms.Horne.

I would not hesitate in stating that with this management team in place, any one of them could step in at any time and run the agency on a day to day basis. I strongly endorse this team to handle anyone's insurance requirements. I am more then pleased to have them as part of my family's financial team to provide the answers to our insurance needs.
