I love this agency. Everyone I have ever spoken with there has been kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient and reliable. I fully trust my agent Ellen. FULLY! I am so grateful to have this agency. I've been with Allstate almost 8 years and this is the first time I've had my credit pulled and premium raised over $100 during a pandemic. They've made it extremely difficult to appeal their decision so I'm stuck paying an additional. $100 for at least the next 6 months if not a year. Other than that- I love my agent, Ellen.
