Ashley Walker did an amazing job asking the right questions. As a result of her diligence, we discovered some errors to my policy that we were able to correct. I've renewed my policy twice before, and no one asked these questions thus I was overpaying on my policy for two years. I can't thank Ashley enough for her expertise and customer service. Now I'm hoping that Gold River will continue that customer service when determining how to compensate for two years of overpayment. Either way, Ashley Walker is amazing.
