Beth Matthew is a fantastic insurance agent! She's always available and quickly resolves any issues I have. LDB clearly has a great team of agents across the board, but Beth's responsiveness and expertise make her a standout. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I called this company and nobody called me back and now I called them they asked me to leave a message again and somebody will call me back I don’t know what’s going on. They are busy. We are busy too, and when we need a service they need to help us.

Don't bother... Had a policy for years but dropped and during covid it renewed without our knowing. Now they won't insure us. Have had much better luck with national companies.

Rebekah Kimble has been amazing seeing me through adding a new vehicle and then moving away, all as my new agent. Haven’t had any bad experience with them, we have our commercial and personal fleet with Erie. They came when I made a claim of hail damage, sent the check and was able to get it fixed. Thanks Bobby!

I have used LD&B as our insurance agent for renter's, auto, and homeowner's for nearly a decade. In the first few years, I did experience a number of frustrating moments with our agent. He/she made a number of mistakes on insurance forms, I needed to continually follow up to make sure things got done, and he/she would always call my wife even though I tried to make it clear that I was the primary contact. I asked to switch agents, which LD&B did with zero hesitation. Our new agent has been wonderful. Very attentive to details, very responsive, and has even been proactive in reviewing our premiums and saving us money by finding comparable plans with other carriers. My rating is reflective of my experience after we switched agents.

I was with Lb&d for many years. Had home and auto. Last 4 years my home policy went up almost $100 every year for no reason. I didn't catch that till last year. From $560 to over $900 in 4 years.. I called Marietta asked if there's anything we can do to bring my payment down. She said there's nothing we can do.. that's not true. They could have gave me a different insurance company with better rates than Erie, wich i had at the time, they just didn't want to.. i left them and now paying $239 a year for same coverage, same deductible. That's just on home, also saved on auto. BIG difference...

It feels as if they're only in it for your money. Incredibly expensive - my rates almost doubled from my last place. I switched to them on recommendation, but it hasn't seemed to be anything special enough to deserve the exorbitant amount of money I pay them.
Customer service wasn't all that great - called with a simple question, was put on hold for over 3 minutes without response so I hung up. Called again, no answer. Called a 3rd time, this time when they finally confirmed I was a client their tone COMPLETELY changed and they suddenly seemed to care about helping me.
