I filed a claim a month now and still waiting on a Tech to come to my house to fix our WaterHeater. No Hot water since so it shows they don't care. And they said they have no techs avail in my area.. So does that mean I'm paying for service they can't provide? I will keep it at 1 star till they fix this. Pay attention to how long this will take.

The voice of reason

Aegis broker some of their policies through a company called Fusion Cover in Wincanton. Fusion make many silent phone calls when selling and when I rang back to find who had called I was told they had never called me. So their idea of selling is to start by calling me a liar! That is really shocking, I will never deal with Fusion and as a result, would be uncomfortable dealing with Aegis because of their association
