Have used Gotham for many years. Just had a leak that went onto neighbor’s property. Neighbor actually slipped and fell. Thank god we had insurance. Gotham was great guiding us through the process. Could have been very scary and costly for us. Great personal attention.

Do not work with a Lady named Francis. She was extremely rude on the phone and in a rush to go home before closing hours. Due to her non professionalism I am switching my clients insurance to a company who has reps who like to take care of their clients.

Great to work with, although I've only ever worked with them online. No need ever to talk to anyone, since they (Jeff) reply so quickly and answered all my questions so that I could quickly get the coverage I needed for my building.
