Who says buying insurance can't be a fun experience? Thanks to a recommendation on Nextdoor, I found Duane Dewsbury of Trailstone Insurance Agency. Frustrated from rising insurance premiums, and/or companies canceling our insurance after being a customer of theirs for years, I reached out to Duane. Right away, he responded to my request and went to work for me shopping for the best insurance companies to meet my needs, and at a reasonable price. I contacted several other agents in addition to Duane, however, they either didn't return my calls, or quoted premiums that were absurd! Not only did Duane find me a company that would cover my home insurance for an acceptable amount, he was a real pleasure to work with! Duane addressed all of my questions and concerns, and he did so immediately, even on a Sunday. This type of customer service is unheard of these days. I implore anyone who is shopping around for insurance to give Duane a call. He will go to work for you as he did for me, and I promise you, he will do his absolute best for you!

I just want to report great phone appointments we had with Duane Dewsbury with Trailstone insurance. We wanted to shop for better homeowners and auto insurance so we contacted Duane. He responded immediately to our inquiry, was knowledgeable and listened to what exactly we were looking for. Within a few hours we had quotes from companies to consider. He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. The best part is that Duane was honest and actually advised us to remain with what we have for a year because the industry may be changing rates etc. He didn't try to just make a sale. He advised us with what was in Our best interest. It's not often these days to find agents like Duane.
