Very unprofessional customer service! I was trying to switch my other car from State Farm to AllState, but due to unprofessionalism, I would get my current policy canceled with Allstate as soon as possible and switch to State Farm for both of my cars.
Treat customers fairly, or they will run away one by one!!

AVOID THIS AGENCY I am now in the sixth month of automatic payments for a policy that was supposed to have been cancelled in October. This represents over $1000 in unearned premiums. An employee was terminated and failed to take care of this. The current employee refuses to reach out to the new agent--who has already provided documentation to this office multiple times. State Corporation Commission is the next stop.

Doris Morris is a fake account made by the owner who sends hate email through that account. Children’s tactics. Don’t bother with this business. Lies everywhere. Go to a real agency that is owned by a respectable adult who doesn’t play games with people.
