I dealt with Andrew Tate and this by far was the best experience​I have ever had. I have dealt with quite a few insurance companies over the years including State Farm, Allstate, Elephant and Progressive and this company beats all of them. I really like that Mr Tate was really personable and treated me more than just a number. I would recommend this company to anyone as my #1 choice.

This company does not keep their word and will NEVER call you back. Just in the last 2 months, this company has caused me to incur $200 in fees and charges for a policy that I CANCELED back in JUNE because I moved to another STATE!! I've CALLED AND EMAILED with no response. This is such a lazy company when it comes to correcting their wrongs. There is no excuse and it is BEYOND excessive that it is now mid-OCTOBER and there was yet another charge taken from my account this morning on a policy that I NO LONGER HAVE! My only option is to close an account that I've had since 2003 because this company refuses to correct their inadequacies and pay me back all the money that was technically stolen from me since I canceled my plan in JUNE. I'm raising kids on a budget that does not have room for expenses that have NOT been authorized. I would not recommend this Insurance agency or Erie insurance to anyone who expects for a policy to be canceled and drafts to no longer be taken because that would never happen with them.

Hello, I am the grandaughter of Andrew Tate and i think this is a good buisness no matter what he is a very respectful man and will help you with whatever you need he will get back to you when he can ive been in the office 1,000's of times and ive watched him work hard and their is no doubt in my mind were i would not tell you to got to Tate & Associates Insurance company.

It's frustrating when you call a business during normal business hours, and no one answers the phone. Customer service is as important to the customer, as the payment is to the agency!!!!

This is a great family owned business that works hard to save you money! The customer service is exceptional and you won't find more personalized service to get you the right service at the right price. Highly recommend!
