I just bought my new home with the help of Martin. Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing, knowledgeable, proficient agent. He has an excellent understanding of the housing market, is super trustworthy, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. He fought for me to get the best possible price for my house and was very thorough explaining everything along the way, which was especially helpful as a first time home buyer. The house has lots of work to be done and Martin has provided a ton of advice since closing and to this day and has an amazing network of vendors and people to assist going forward.
