Prime Lending has a hidden gem based in Sedona. I did not know this before I chose to make Prime one of my options. Mrs. Phyllis McDaniel is the most knowledgeable, pleasant, and communicative loan officer that I have ever had the pleasure to worked with.
Phyllis guided me through what some might feel is a stressful process. I had nothing to be concerned about once she had all of the information required as usual. The few and minor bumps in the road were all resolved by Phyllis, and I was constantly updated and informed about the potholes. She is a very optimistic person. Easy to speak with, easy to understand, and her guidance is an added value.
