I stayed at the Georgian Terrace in Atlanta Ga. to go to the Fox Theater to see The Wiz
We checked in at 4:30 and upon entering our room 1208 I was disgusted at the condition of it's furnishings and cleanliness.
With plans for pre show dinner and the need to dress there was no time to request a different room. All wooden furniture was peeling, scratched and missing trim to begin with. The bathroom tiles were filthy and rather crusty. The bottles of body wash and shampoo didn't work properly and the vanity lights haven't been cleaned since installation. The picture above the toilet appears to have been used as drug tray as there was white powder crusted in the corners. Our next surprise was a louvered door which I just pull on to discover a delapiated small kitchen with a push button phone on the wall that still had a dial tone.
The entire experience ruined what was supposed to be a great get away. I have photos of everything which I will post. I would like a partial refund because I don't believe I will receive a full one.
