I would NEVER even give this agency one star. My family has known Greg and his firm for a few years, and he has sold two of our homes. This man and his realty group is nothing but scammers. If you are a military person with VA loan, DO NOT use this agency as he will try to force you to put money down while you know you don’t need to! He is not good to military families, yet goes on base (Langley and Fort Eustis) to advertise his business. You are better off using other agencies who will treat you like a human. He was not helpful and was never genuine. He made us feel like we were bothering him for asking questions that we have the right ask. He did not sell our recent home, however due to us signing a representative agreement, he made us pay him. Other realtors who are aware of serious issues we’ve had to experience in our home (gas leak), they nullify the contract as an act of kindness. Greg absolutely refused, and we thought we were good friends (like he says himself) so beware and DO NOT use this company. Again total scammer.

Greg Garret is the best realtor!!!! He has helped my family buy our first and second home!!! Both amazing houses!!! Extremely patient, kind, and detail oriented!!! He is great with kids my 5 year old has given him the title of being the best Greg in the whole world! He listens to what you want and helps you get exactly that! Cares about you and your family loving the home you get!

My experience with Greg Garret Realty was excellent from start to finish. Greg and his team were able to sell my home within six days of listing it and $25,500 over asking price! There was always someone available to answer the phone all days and hours of the week to guide me through the sale process. Greg and his team were a blessing to work with during one of the most stressful times in my life. I will be recommending Greg Garret Realty Partners to all of my friends looking to buy or sell in the Hampton Roads region. Greg Garret cares greatly for his clients and was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with!

I did not have a good experience with Gregg Garrett realty at all. They did not respond timely and there were people that called to look at our house and they did not return their calls. I feel they did not do what they could to sell our house for the best price. They are all about quantity. Getting the most houses sold they can without really caring about the customers needs. Do not recommend at all.

I’m not really sure how this realty company gets any positive reviews. Our experience as buyers was absolutely horrible and way more stressful than it needed to be. Greg was the seller’s agent however; everything went through his assistant. The communication was the worst and during our closing, while we were signing our closing paperwork, we were told the deal may not go through and Greg could have cared less. Ultimately the deal went through, but I can tell you that was because of our realtor. Not because of Greg and his group and I will never let them take the credit for that.

We couldn’t say enough good things about our experience with Garrett Realty. From start to finish they were on top of everything . Sherri Wilson was a constant during the whole process keeping us informed and getting us answers to all our questions. We will be using them again when we are ready to buy our next home.

Greg Garrett Realty used deceptive tactics to ensure a sale while the market was struggling; specifically, as an active duty military member at the time, I repeatedly made it clear to the realtor that I was looking for an investment property to purchase and later rent out after about two years due to military change of station.
The townhouse I purchased was under a HoA with an extremely strict policy against owners renting their homes. The community, in which GGR had sold homes several times previously, had a waiting list of 7 years to be able to rent out a home to a tenant. My realtor chose not to speak on this in any of the multiple in person conversations or many phone conversations we had about the property, and the realtor was extremely familiar with the community and this policy, and instead later referred to a Zip drive emailed to me, (from a different realtors email address so it went to my spam folder), which would not open until I sent it to someone who had the software to open it, in which was a link to a webpage, where there hidden away were the HoA documents I was supposed to have been made MUCH MORE AWARE OF IN A CLEAR AND GOOD FAITH MANNER.
I faced severe backlash and threats of legal action by the HoA and was forced to list the house for sale immediately.
Never, ever trust this firm with selling you a home.
