We had the most pleasant and wonderful experience with Marshall Toney and can't thank him enough for being our realtor. The first day he came to our house to talk about what it would intel's to sell our house, he was very professional, made us feel very comfortable with how prepared he was for our meeting and impressed us with his knowledge.

He walked us through the staging process and had the professional picture appointment set up (we were absolutely amazed by the outcome of those pics). Marshall Toney stayed on top of every single little detail, stayed in contact to inform us what is needed and coming up, and always quick to answer our texts with questions, and trust me we had a LOT of those.

With his expertise and knowledge, he made it happen that we had numerous showings, once the house was officially for sale on the market. He always gave us heads up and asked if those times would work for us.

Our house had a few solid offers within 4 days and sold shortly after that. Marshall Toney is amazing at his job and we can only rave about his work ethic, kind personality, knowledge and in our case his extreme patience he needed to deal with us and our million question.

He worked very patiently with me for almost two years until I found exactly the house I wanted.
