Chad was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help me close quickly after I had a 10 day closing of the house I sold. He was actively communicating on a daily bases and made sure I completely understood my rate options and the entire process.
Having him available for questions and concerns reduced the anxiety that comes with home lending.

Amazing team at Fairway, I absolutely love the experience I got from the beginning to the end. We had ups and downs and they went above and beyond addressing it. Jared kept updating me every day on every step. He made sure I was well informed and explained everything to me and my husband. He did amazing and went above and beyond. I would recommend this company over and over again. What was amazing about the team I had, was communication amongst themselves and my family. Jared was absolutely amazing, he explained everything and he knows not to advise out of his scope of practice, he will make sure he directs you to the right person and if he has to step in he won’t hesitate. He definitely had the best interest of my family in his heart and he took us as if we were his family. Chad and his team are AMAZING! This is our second loan working with Chad. He makes the process so easy and stress free. He has such a "we got this" attitude that helped so much.
