I was way overcharged for something I could have easily done myself. I was charged an additional $200 for the inclusion of my mortgage interest, which took about 2 minutes... only because he kept inputting the wrong information, and eventually had to bring in another professional to get him back on track. $200 for what should of been about 30 seconds of work? Ridiculous. I'll be doing my own taxes next year.

Way too pricey for such poor service! Evn tho i brought in my tax return from the prvious year, THOSE NUMBERS WERE NOT USED IN THE YEAR TO YEAR COMPARASION. Why? Laziness? You just put 0 acrros the board for 2018. Then, even tho I gave all th data necessary to project income for next year, AGAIN, those numbers were NOT used. The projection for next year is just an exact repeat of this year. Totally innacurate and lame. I'm pretty unimpressed!
